• Take out the Ceiling Mounting Plate from the Fan Bracket’s Back Cover by unscrewing Moulded Thumb Screw.

• Fix Ceiling Mounting Bracket on the ceiling firmly by at least 4 nos. wood Screw of suitable size positioned evenly. Hold the fan in inverted position and support it by sliding the fan Bracket Cover plate over the Ceiling Mounting Bracket until the lock screw hole on plastic bracket and that on ceiling mounting bracket is properly aligned.

• Lock the fan by tightening the Moulded Thumb Screw with Ceiling Mounting Bracket.

• Unscrew 2 Nos. Guard Fixing Screws with washers from Front Cover.

• Place Back Guard in position over Front Cover and fix it properly by 2 nos. screws along with washers. Slide blade onto the Motor Spindle blade until the driving cross dowel pin is housed properly within the slot on the back side of the Blade Shank. Now tighten the blade properly by its Blade Fixing Nut in anti-clockwise direction. Clip Front Guard to the Back Guard in position.

Make sure that the supply is A.C. and the supply voltage is as specified in the name plate.

Remove knob and cover by loosening the screws. Mount the regulator Base Plate at a convenient place. Refix the cover and knob by respective screws after electrical connection as per following instructions and connection diagram. Regulator is capable of controlling the fan speed. It can also control orbiting motion provided an extra wiring is done by joining Connector 2 of Fan side with connector 1 of Regulator side. In case this extra wire is not installed, orbiting is still possible by operating the Toggle Switch which is mounted on the fan. In such case the regulator would control the speed only.

To change the line of flow of air, push the guard towards left or right as desired.

Regulator Side

To change the speed of fan, rotate the knob on speed regulator. OFF, LO & HI are the different speeds of fan. Choose the appropriate position of Toggle switch. The fan will flow air along two separate orbital paths of 30° & 50° to cover smaller area and bigger area respectively from vertical axis as desired. The angle may be chosen by adjusting the link along with spring loaded lock at top position of the fan with the help of a screw driver.
