| Installation

1.
Fix 4 nos. stays with rubber pad & fixing
bracket to the frame with hex nut bolt & washers.
2. Unscrew hex bolt from motor shaft
& fix other end of stay to the motor with
hex bolt & washers.
3. Mount blade assy on motor shaft
locating dimple hole and tighten firmly by
fixing screws. Insert split pin into the shaft
hole at the end and spread free ends.
4. Connect motor lead to the power-supply,
Motor leads are connected at factory for functioning
as exhaust.
5. For Blow-in-fresh air change connections
as per the diagram affixed inside the back
cover. Reverse the blade assy position on
shaft and clamp in the suitable dimple hole.
Put split pin properly.

Precautions |

1.
Diameter of hole on wall or duct should be
25mm more than the specified sweep for free
rotation of Blade assy.
2. Check for any resistance in the
path of airflow.
3. Motor must be fixed with its axis
horizontal.

| Maintenance

Fan
motor contains 2 nos. properly greased ball
bearings and do not need lubrication for at
least two years. For overhauling remove old
grease completely land change with IOC servogem-3
or equivalent grease.
