Make sure that the supply is A.C. and Voltage is as specified in the name plate.

Take away Top Seal from Down Rod end and keep aside. Pass supply wires through down rod from split hole and take out from top as shown. Dismantle Hexagonal Bolt, Aluminium Extruded pieces, Spring Washer, Nut, Lock Nut, Split Pin from Down Rod Sub-Assembly. Fig. 1

Place Down Rod split end over Motor Spindle and put all the dismantled parts in order and ensure proper tightening and spread split pin projected ends. Connect supply wires with motor terminal block. Fig. 2

Slide Top and Bottom Canopies over Down Rod. Take out free end of supply wires through the Down Rod side Hole Fig. 3

Dismantle Hexagonal bolt, Spring Washer, Nut and Split Pin from Hanger Sub-Assembly. Fig. 4

Place this loose end of Hanger Sub-Assembly over Down Rod’s non-slit end in position. Fix it properly with Down Rod by previously dismantled hardware. Ensure proper tightening and spread split pin projected ends. Put Top Seal in position over Down Rod. Take out Blade. Fix Screw and Spring Washers, from Motor Top Cover. Fig. 5

Hang the tan by Ceiling Hook. Connect Regulator in series with fan as shown. Fig. 6

Slide Canopies, place in position and fix by screws. Mount Blades and tighten firmly. Fig.7
